How can I get a debtor to remove a settled debt off credit report?
Written by Amanda Morgan on September 22, 2010 – 5:59 amI filed my taxes today and included a 1099c form for a credit card debt of ,107. Now that this debt is paid, how can I get the credit card company to remove this from my credit report so my credit score can go up. All of my bills are paid on time and I only have one debt left that is a positive on my report. My goal is to be debt free and buy a house this year.
